Challenge As Owner's Representative, Blueprint oversaw a full floor, landlord build immediately after lease execution, including the installation of two MRI scanning machines a challenge requiring specialized infrastructure and close collaboration between equipment vendors, engineers, contractors, and the landlord. Solution Blueprint managed finish selections, negotiated above-building-standard upgrade pricing, oversaw the landlord's construction, and procured and managed all client-direct vendors including IT, security, AV, signage, and relocation.
